Tanja Grabowski

Tanja Grabowski is a transport planner and project manager with extensive international experience spanning Australia, the UK, China
and Germany. Her work combines technical expertise in transport planning, analytics and advisory with a strong interest in the role of
sustainable, inclusive transport in economic and social development contexts. She has led various sustainable infrastructure projects in the
public and private sector. Tanja currently works as a Project Manager at GIZ on the UK FCDO-funded Research for Infrastructure
Development and the Economy (RIDE) programme, supporting transport research in the Global South and helping to translate
research and evidence into policy and practice. Her work focuses on advancing transport solutions and infrastructure approaches that can
contribute to climate resilience, economic development and social inclusion.
