Recommendations on Devices & Operating Systems
The sessions of this year’s Transport and Climate Change Week will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. We strongly recommend joining from a Windows-operated device using the Microsoft Teams app. The app is available for download on the Microsoft website.
Please note that participants joining from an Apple device will have limited features in Microsoft Teams. If you do not have a Windows device available to join from, make sure to download the Microsoft Teams app on your Apple device, as features are severely limited in the browser version.
If you join the session from an Apple device, you may be asked to enter a Meeting ID and passcode. You can find these on the session webpage as indicated in the programme.
Microphones & Cameras
Please note that all microphones will be disabled at the start of each session. If the session you are attending includes an open discussion or Q&A, you will be given the option to activate your microphone when the floor is opened to the audience. You will have the option to turn your cameras on and off throughout the session.
Live Interpretation Available
If translation is available for the session you are attending, you can switch to the language channel most fitting for you. To do so, select “… More” > “Language and Speech” > “Choose language channel”. The available languages are also indicated in the programme.
