Carly Gilbert-Patrick leads SLOCAT, the global partnership for sustainable, low-carbon transport, bringing over 25 years of programme delivery experience. She previously shaped active mobility policy at UNEP and delivered transport programmes at UN-Habitat and Transport for London. A British national of Nigerian heritage, she lives on a farm outside Nairobi with her family.
