Mrs Chutinthorn Mankhong holds an MSc in Industrial Ecology and Environment from Mahidol University, Thailand. She has served at the OTP since 2002, focusing on environmental and safety issues in the transport sector at both national and international levels. With over 20 years of experience in sustainable transport and climate change, her areas of expertise include environmental impact assessment, climate policy and the NDC Action Plan for the transport sector, environmentally sustainable transport, and policy development to improve vehicle fuel efficiency. Her work also involves promoting integrated transport policies that align fuel efficiency, environmental sustainability, and climate objectives.
