Dukagjin is an urban planning and mobility professional with international and regional experience in advancing sustainable urban mobility and climate-smart initiatives. He has contributed to the development and implementation of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMP) and supported clean public transport strategies, including frameworks for zero-emission bus fleets. With a background spanning London, Boston, and Kosovo, he brings expertise in policy analysis, spatial planning, and climate solutions.
As co-founder of Tregerma, Dukagjin has played a key role in shaping regional strategies for clean public transport, leading the design of frameworks for zero-emission bus fleets and integrated fleet platforms. His work bridges practical and technical innovation with institutional capacity, ensuring that planning and mobility solutions are environmentally sound, socially inclusive, and responsive to community needs, aligning closely with the #PartneringForAction narrative of Transport and Climate Change Week.
