Giorgia Favero is Deputy Head of Unit of the European Commission's DG INTPA "Sustainable Transport and Urban Developmen"t Unit. A civil engineer and urban planner, she has over 10 years of experience in international cooperation, having worked in EU Delegations in Burkina Faso and Ethiopia. Before joining the European Commission, she worked for a metropolitan transport authority and for a consultancy firm. Her work focuses on sustainable transport, urban mobility and urban infrastructure.
