Linda Caceres

Linda Cáceres is a Colombian civil engineer with a Master's in Public Policy and nearly a decade of experience in transport across Latin America. She spent six years at the transport consultancy Steer, then six months with GIZ's TCC team in Germany. She now leads international cooperation projects on transport decarbonisation for Latin America at Agora Verkehrswende, a German think tank driving the transition to sustainable, low-emission transport through quantitative research and strategic communication.
