Allan Muhumuza is the Team Leader, Mobility Bureau at the Science, Technology and Innovation Secretariat - Office of the President, driving Uganda’s strategy to become a regional net producer of mobility solutions. An electrical engineer, technology innovation master’s graduate, and Chartered Certified Marketing Management Professional, he bridges high-level technical development with go-to-market execution. Previously as Director of Marketing and Sales at Kiira Motors Corporation, he led the market entry and regional sales rollout of Uganda’s locally built electric buses. Allan also shapes national and regional policy and strategy as a Governing Board member of the East African Science and Technology Commission and the Uganda E-Mobility Taskforce.
